This app is sad. This Android app is garbage. Hopefully the iPhone app is better. How are you? Even supposed to use it or contact anybody for help. This needs to be fixed ASAP. Don't advertise a working company if you don't have it Android devices supported. At least make a website that works instead of an app. Cheers, I like the idea of the company

The services from Forward have been ideal. However the Android app has some pretty big issues. The heavy use of messages used. Creates frustrating experiences with native and other keyboards. If used to send a message the app will not function and must be forced reboot to include more natural use of chat.
I am a new member excited about utilizing this service..HOWEVER..since I can not talk to a real person I am unable to schedule my initial appointment with doctor..I keep getting " unable to schedule appointment message"..and my voice mails and Text messages go unanswered...I am beginning to wonder about reliability of service..
App doesn't work. All my troubleshooting hasn't worked to fix it and the night before I finally have a Dr visit that took me a month and a half to get. So far I'm not impressed. How is this better than traditional health care?
I agree with Dannette Flores. Not ready to handle patients. I've been trying to cancel for a month, no luck and just got charged a second time 😡
Great if you have a PPO insurance plan or never need to see a specialist. Their tech legitimately seems better than status quo, but they can't refer you with most insurances, and don't have the infrastructure to provide most types of care without referrals. Also, there's no way to cancel your account without talking to customer service, which is always a red flag.

Scammers do not try this company. They advertise is wrong. There support center is horrible. I despise companies like this.
